Levi: First time for everything: T-ball

Levi:
I'm on a new adventure.  I've never been an athletic kiddo.  I mainly get my exercise from climbing trees and running around with my friends.  I LOVE climbing trees.
Dad signed himself and me up for T-ball.  He's assistant coaching and I'm playing.
After a couple weeks of practicing with the team and with dad at home, I'm starting to get the hang of it.  slowing but surely.
This past Monday we had our first game.  It was fun.  I actually scored, once.   Plus I got a Popsicle after the game.  Score!!

We had to borrow our neighbor's bat, since the only one we had was a big heavy adult bat.  That's why it's pink.  But i don't care.

 A swing and a miss.

More practice.  I like practicing with dad because I don't use the T. I just try to hit what he throws.

 Working on my stance.

I made contact with this one.

 Another hit!!
 Perfect!!
 I'm ready!!!
 here it comes!!!
 oops.
 now time to practice catching.
 How's my form, Dad?
 I need a break.
Ok, so i open it up like this?
 Starting to get bored.
 oh, no, here it comes.

 break time again.

now, its time for my game.
 waiting my turn.
 Here I go.

Im running to base, but I see the guy with the ball coming toward me...  yikes.
There he is.. see his mitt?   he's tagged me out on this play.
Heading back to the dug out.
Mom didn't get pics on my score.  she was too busy cheering me on.  yay team!!  Good Game.

Until next time,
Love,
Levi!!
